  • Processing Time: Orders are handmade and print-to-order. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Shipping Rates & Time: Calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery varies by location.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” but not received. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Refund Policy

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our art:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us at kcartagena@naturesartjourney.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll assess and do our best to make it right.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately. If you need to cancel, contact us within 12 hours. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
